You can check your desired lettering online before you order. A personalized tag costs $50 per year + standard fees and is available at any License Commissioner’s office.

Once approved, you’ll complete the paperwork, pay your fees, and receive a temporary tag (valid for 60 days) while your custom plate is manufactured and mailed directly to you.
