Happy Holidays from The Alabama Nurses Foundation

Dr. John Ziegler

Dear Friends and Supporters,

As 2024 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support of the Alabama Nurses Foundation. This year has been one of growth, resilience, and incredible impact, all made possible through your generosity and commitment to advancing the nursing profession across our state.

Celebrating Milestones

This year, we were proud to see increased adoption of the Nurses Save Lives car tags. Your support of this initiative has directly contributed to providing scholarships for nursing students statewide, enabling the next generation of nurses to pursue their dreams and make a difference in healthcare. Together, we are ensuring a brighter future for Alabama’s healthcare landscape.

In 2024, we also launched several new partnerships and endowments at Alabama schools of nursing. These initiatives have empowered countless nurses to continue their education, enhance their skills, and provide the compassionate, high-quality care for which Alabama nurses are known.

Looking Ahead

As we prepare to welcome 2025, we remain committed to our mission of supporting nurses and improving healthcare for all Alabamians. The coming year will bring even more opportunities to celebrate our nurses, expand our scholarship offerings, and advocate for the critical role nurses play in our communities.

Season’s Greetings

During this season of giving and reflection, I hope you take time to celebrate the joys of the past year and look forward with hope to what lies ahead. On behalf of the Alabama Nurses Foundation, I wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year filled with peace, joy, and good health.

Thank you for being an essential part of our journey. Your support makes all the difference, and together, we are shaping the future of nursing in Alabama.

With gratitude and warmest regards,

Executive Director

John Ziegler
